I created Rydon just after I joined the isle because I began as tep333 (a terrible name). The name was actually suggested by a member of the isle but I cant remember who. I think I've been on just over a year as Rydon.
Well, I had Draca since I was 8 years old. She has gone through alot of changed. This are all of them:
At first, Draca was still named Draca, and she was a human Fire Princess. She had a wolf named FireStorm and was not evil nor good. She didn't have any family though.
Then, Draca changed into Crystal, Crystal Silvermoon. Another -human- Ice Princess with a will of her own and a habit to cause havoc. She was considered more beautiful and could transform into an icey wolf named Tristar. So she had two names at that time but no family.
After that, I got bored of fire and ice and changed to Darkness. Though, not fully. Draca was named Draca Silvermoon again and she had light and dark as elements and her race changed to Dragonian. She had special powers during the moonlight and had two swords. The sword of Darkness and the sword of light.
First, she was just a rebel before I changed her into a princess of a dead empire. She had Draco and Flame by that time though. And her dragon Silver.
Then I thought the princess thing was lame but I couldn't forget about it. So I made her a forgotten princess. Her last name also changed to MoonShadow. It was also during this time that the lab was introduced. Her history was similar to this one, only that she still had a dragon and that her mother was still alive. Her hair was all brown though. Yet it had the form it has now, only with 4 bangs on one side instead of 3. She didn't have an ego yet. She did have a special silver armor and her dragon still.
And then.. There was the current Draca. The evil psycho that loves to wear leather and show off. She's still a Princess but doesn't take it serious. She was in the lab and it turned her into something more evil. She had Darkness and hates Light and she's insane. The scar on her face came from the lab and she developped a different character. Instead of a closed, broken princess, she became a selfish girl that longed for revenge. Her brother and sister were still there, only that she liked her brother more then her sister.
Also, her powers have grown by that time and TUS was 'put' into her.
And you know the rest, no?
My history is no where near as complicated as yours.basically, I'm an elf that has been an outcast from birth because apart from the ears and height I look nothing like an elf. I rebeled against my family when I was a teenager and went to live with my uncle. To this day my sister is the only one I talk to. My uncle was killed a few years ago and I am still trying to avenge his death. I now live on the isle in his house. My favourite weapons are my throwing knives and I dont have an element. But, my uncle told me that when I was a baby i wandered off into the woods and when I was found I was surounded by a group of dragons, each with different colour scales. From then on I have been able to adapt at super speed. So when I'm in waser I grow gills and fins and when I'm falling I grow wings.
Family was killed by Demons. owo Thats about it. xD
Well, I got the idea from Kirara, the cat from Inuyasha. She has the black on her limbs, and when she flys -with no wings- she has fire on her feet and tails. Two of them too. And Tengo was a wolf because I made him while playing Okami too. |D Why blue? HeIl is I know. xD And my fav color was red when I made him. .w.
The name was my original name, just a new nickname I had made for myself. Then when I found out about the whole character thing, I thought 'hmm, dragonisle, I'll make a dragon'. I had recently drawn a forest dragon for a competition, so that was the dragon I chose. I think I was originally a dragonologist on here...
I've had the name Lightwing for a really long time (think four years), but I was at my friends house two years ago and she put me on the Isle. I had been browsing her Dragonology book, and my favorite dragon in there was the amphithere, so I attached my favorite nickname to a new character and tada!
Over the time I've had her, I got rid of Topaz (xD), gave her more of a history, and I've changed her powers somewhat. Soon, I'm changing her magic even more, but it might be a while.
It's someone who can make things (usually weapons, but anything, really) out of an element, and they can charge an already-made weapon with an element as well. So, she can make things out of pure power, and she can charge things with elemental power as well. :O
Sound cool? I was thinking of making it her main power.
And we got a bunch of it... From our good-for-nothing textbooks.
So... History of Keiet (who is basically me. ;D).
I have been a Plutonian for a long time... But in eighth grade, Luna and I decided that she was the queen, and I was the War Commander. We did science together with my mom, so we did a lot of research and stuff on Pluto. And a lot of activities. That's when we decided our ages and such. We decided what the cities were like, and some of the creatures, and also that Pluto is really the size of Jupiter, we just cloak it with magic and make it seem much smaller. >D
I remember sitting in a small coffeeshop helping her come up with the name 'Lunakra.' I got my name from my email address. I was going to send something to one of my friends, but I decided not to, so I backspaced in the middle of my address, paused because I thought that I might send it, and then clicked again and backspaced some more. 'Keiet' was what was left. And Lightwing was all, "Don't delete that! That's an awesome name." And so it was mine.
Everything else about Keiet has sort of developed along the way. I didn't really work much with what she looked like until I joined the Isle as her. I was originally a dragon of some sort, and then I was Keiet. She had silver hair with black streaks... And then I made a new account because the other one was messed up. And that's where I am now. =D
Otay, I made up the name 'Stonefire' When I was reading Eragon. I was thinking of his horse, Snowfire, and Stonefire was born.
I drew this huge dragon, (Which is by the way, ugly) And I put: I call her Stonefire. It was then that I decided that was what Stonefire looked like. She had a mane, an arrowhead on her tail, and many different colors all over her. Nothing special.
Then, I got this book about mettalic and Chromatic dragons. (Which I've lost ;_; ) I liked the red dragon at first, so I decided that stonefire would be a red dragon, that could breath fire. She looked the same, exept she was red.
About a month later, I took a dragon personality quiz. It turned out I was a green dragon. I decided to research the green dragon. That was when I decided to change Stonefire into a Green dragon. I looked at my book again, and took some parts, deleted some parts, and enlarged some parts. I drew my creation, adding everything I had learned about them into my character. How she could breath fire, fire mixed with acid, and acid.
I came to the isle, as a girl, and decided to use stonefire as my name. I learned about the character thingies, so I thought since it was thedragonisle, I would be a green Dragon.
Later, people kept mistaking me for a male, so I changed my gender. I also added some abilities, like controling nature and talking to animals.
And today, where I have so many things that everyone finds me hard to draw and know completly.
Dragopedia profile changes made, soon to be changed on the Isle.... read and tell me what you guys think.
And does anyone have a better idea for what she does? She IS an Artisan, but all I have for what she DOES is Smithing (which sounds dumb cause she isn't just a smith).
Lightwing is an Artisan. One of those really cool mage-people that you hear about but never see perform any magic... The tricks to using their powers are mostly kept a secret from non-Artisans, although many Artisans sell their products for a high (but fair) price. Most, however, remain quiet about their powers, using them only for themselves and close friends and family. Some will take on an untrained Artisan, and teach the apprentice their own methods of Smithing (until I come up with a better word for what it's called. =/).
Anyway, an Artisan is a mage who can make objects out of an element. They can either form the object using pure elemental power, use an aspect of the element (for example, an Earth dagger could be made with pure Earth power, or with Earth-enhanced iron). They can also charge objects with a spell or power. This is useful for crystals meant for power storage, or small charms for good luck, healing, so on. But unlike hedgemagic that relies on charms that rarely work, Artisan magic does work for those small spells, and many Artisans find themselves in high demand for trinkets such as that. In the past, Artisan powers applied to weapon forging only, but now they can be used for anything. The more elements an Artisan is familiar with, the stronger their spells and finished creations, and the better the magic. Lightwing's previous experience with all elements lends itself greatly in this regard. ;]
Lightwing is mostly self-taught in terms of Smithing. (See history for more information on this)
Lightwing uses her Artisan powers for making small charms for herself and her friends, and weapons as well. Her favorite weapon is Lycoris, however, a Twilight sword that she stole (yes, she does steal) from a Dragonian. She did not make the sword, but Lightwing loves to study her (the mark of a true Artisan is the ability to give their masterpieces personalties and genders; not full-on intelligence, but a sense of feeling for the sword. Lycoris is a female), for she is made of pure Twilight, one of the hardest elements to work with, and eventually Lightwing wants to be able to create weapons such as Lycoris.
And how she got there:
Midori found an old book while out scouting one day, and brought it back to Lightwing. When she first read it, it made no sense, but she had him show her where he found it and when she scoped out the area, she found a deserted stronghold, left over from ancient days of powerful magic. She realized the book was a volume in a set, and not the first one, so she explored the small castle and found the study. It was full of books on an arcane magical practice, referred to in the books as "Artisane Magickes". Well, she spent the nest few years reading all the books in that study, and using the forges below that stronghold to practice her talents. Sh didn't realize Artisan magic was a special talent, and it was highly unlikely that she would have it (it tends to appear in more humanoid races). But she absorbed all the knowledge there, and used the facilities of the castle to become proficient in Smithing. She made it her 'safe place', and returned as often as possible to learn what she could.
Eventually, she surpassed the level of skill discussed in the books, and moved on to experimenting on her own with her powers and weapons. She's rather creative in how she uses her powers, since she learned from an ancient book and by practicing on her own.
Aha, About me stealing the serpent sword, it was a dream I had.. x3 Only I was Taylor, I think..only a bit different. And I fought this girl that had Dragon wings, horns and a tail. Dark person. I killed her and took the sword. Then later I just gave it to Tengo. :P
Well... Before I came to the isle I was someone else, in my thoughts. After Eragon I was a red headed girl named Firelilly, based of a picture of a red flower I'd seen. Before that I was a black and white cat named oreo. When Eragon came along I made her a rider.
Eventually I came to Shadow. She was constantly changing except for her looks, black hair, green eyes. Eventually she became Shadow Dragonmoon, and all the stuff you people don't know and prolly don't want to hear about. Later on, last summer, she became my pen name.
Skywing only took flight when I came to the isle, and that was after my first account which I didn't really like.
I don't remember how she got her name except for the fact that I like Sky the sky blah blah blah. As for her race... I'm not sure about that either. (I have really bad memory) She was always the last of her coloring though, and an orphan(something about both are just to appealing to ignore all though they've been used time after time ^^)
Her two children, Emeraldstar, and Icestorm(the more commonly known one) are based after two model dragons I have in my room.
Eventually she became queen, why not, I like royalty although the whole thing in the end just annoys me(lol)
I've basiclly kept her powers the same(I think) only adding a couple things(I love magic and powers)
Now, Sky would probably go on being the same, happy, hating fights blah blah blah. But, as I hinted somewhere else, there's about to be a big change in her life(and the isle's in a way). *smiles secretivly* Just remember, nothing could keep her from the isle and the people here she loves(who I love cause I am her)
I'm thinking about changing Draca's history slightly. You know, take out the princess part and add more years to her lab entrapment.
Although, it would be odd since she's always been a princess of some sort.
Ehh. I need to make up the rest of Lightwing's history... >_o
More years in the lab would be cool. Perhaps develop the reasons behind the lab more, make more of a plot/storyline having to do with the lab itself? Make it an important place in the world, as opposed to just a lab where dangerous stuff happens.
I've started to work on her new history and stuff. I want to bring Draca and TUS closer too. Now TUS only comes out when she's mad and she's really rather.. forgotten.
But I'm working on a new form, a mix between the two. It's epic.
Seth also suggested that, since TUS is evil, let her have some of the 7 deadly sins as well. Right now, Lust is coming up. :o
As a figure of speach, people. <<;;
If my scanner wouldn't be such an @ss, I'd show more. But he's acting like he has a terminal disease or something. >_>
Anyway, I got the first sketch up in a series of sketches.
Anyway, I wanted to create a Draca/TUS form. So I took Draca, changed her a little (colors anyway) and added a dark exoskeleton. Her tail and wings also chance, but I still have to work out the details on that.
Right now the basics of my history are:
Lightwing is hatched, her mother leaves and is not heard from again, she lives with the Tayledras for a while, her father returns and wants her for a sacrifice, he ends up killing himself, Lightwing grows up, meets Topaz, adopts Midori (almost said Nevori there. XD), finds her Artisan powers, Vale is destroyed, goes to live in Shadow Valley.
Maybe it sounds alright, but I think it's kinda boring, and in my opinion, a dragon would have moved around/done more in 470 years than Lightwing did.
I'm trying to think of a comic and characters. XD; And I don't really care about Tengo's history. :P He was born, grew up a little, parents died, lived on his own, found the isle, and everything else that has happened here. =D
It was not my fault that was a long time ago and I was a beast of burden to my knight. I was under his control. I was not happy about it, but if I did not obey beatings or even death were in my near future.
I have come here for redemption. It pained me greatly to tell you that. I felt pity for the dragons. I have never told anyone about that except for those who already knew. I have risked a lot to tell my secret.
Kinda, yah. But it's more of a special clothing style of The Unknown Shadow.
I could always have her walk around naked in that form, since TUS would do that. It would be alot easier to draw, but I doubt much people are gonna like that.
Hmm.. Lemme try to explain the thing that only makes sense in my mind.
So basically, that form is only used by TUS when she comes out (hence the red eyes), since TUS has always been the essence of darkness, she also has a dark, lustful side. This means that she doesn't wear much clothes in her original form or any body she inhabits. But since she doesn't have any protection that way, she created a special exoskeleton to fit any creature. The exoskeleton is created to lend the creature her power and defense while she possesses it and is basically her 'bones' wrapped around the creature she possesses. So it is the same on any creature. A little trademark of her own. Made for three purposes, recognition, protection/power and the fun of walking around halfnaked.
Very epic. I is done with my profile *dances* And I is going to be a younger sister when/if I return from the dead(nah I'm coming back. Being dead is so boring I think I might die(again) of boredom) Random and all I just thought I'd mention it though ^^ cause there might be another rainbow on the isle(that's not an alt of mine)
Yus they are. Course I went and died, so it's a given that my profile's gonna change. *happily working on a story, and still thinking about the whole older brother thing* yay for changes, it'll make the isle awesomer.
I could help, my -plots to tie up her sister and throw her in the basement IRL- creativity's started flowing.
My charrie first came to be as a full demon. With clawed feet and large pointy wings. I used have two bangs instead of one and I was only interested in killing Draca. But then I changed my charrie (both physically and mentally) and decided to join Draca instead of destroy her. I gave my charrie a scythe because it was awesome too, and made him a bit more of a softy. But in a cute way.
